About the role

• Account payable management - new vendor creation (local and foreign), account payables reconciliation.
• Processing payments to vendors within the ERP system and related Bank uploading.
• Processing journal entries and managing documentation for credit cards.
• Employee reimbursements management.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
• Intercompany reconciliation.
• Managing accruals and prepaid expenses monthly.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Work directly with the CEO and CFO of the company.

You’ll need

• 2+ years of proven bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with Priority ERP system.
• Experience with Stripe/Mesh/Brex - advantage.
• English at an advanced level.
• High MS Office proficiency, especially with Excel functions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Service-oriented.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
