Catalog Group Manager - Maternity leave Replacement

We are looking for a full-time Catalog Group Manager for Motion Array. This is a temporary position (covering for maternity leave).

Motion Array is one of the leading all-in-one platforms for video creators, offering curated catalogs of video template presets, motion graphics, music, sound effects, footage, photos, and graphics.

Your role will be to manage a team of 5 catalog team leads, who oversee 24 curators and reviewers. Our catalog group is responsible for delivering all assets on our site to our users, maintaining curation quality, and overseeing reviews.

• Manage a team of 5 Team Leads
• Oversee the planning and execution of all catalog teams
• Test and improve content discovery
• Supervise teams’ monthly reports, ensure quality, timeliness, and follow up on actions
• Supervise “Staff Picks” ordering
• Work closely with the product team on developing new features
• Ensure catalog needs are met by the different teams

Requirements

• Management experience with large teams or multiple teams
• Managing and leading team processes and employee development
• A keen eye for design and video assets, experience assessing visual content
• Work experience in a tech environment and knowledge of agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of Excel, Google Drive, and Monday.com
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Multitasker, self-motivated, fast learner, problem solver
• Highly organized
• Native-level English with proficient reading and writing skills
