Platforms Product Manager

Position Overview:

As a Product Manager for Platforms, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless integration of UserWay's solutions across a wide range of platforms. You will champion the product, managing its installations, user flows, reviews, and feature requirements, while ensuring the optimum representation of UserWay on various platforms.

Remote, Full-time, Competitive salary - commensurate with experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management - Oversee UserWay's presence on platforms such as Shopify, Wix, WordPress, BigCommerce, Duda, Squarespace, Webflow, Moodle, Hubspot, Magento, Umbraco, Square, Weebly, CMS Max, and more
• Product and User Flows - Design and optimize the user journey, from installation to everyday utilization
• Feature Management - Monitor and manage platform feature introductions and deprecations to ensure UserWay's products remain updated and effective
• Cross-Team Collaboration - Work closely under the UserWay product and R&D teams, and interface directly with Growth, Communications, and Marketing teams to drive product vision and execution
• Platform Relationships - Engage directly with platform representatives and account managers, ensuring that the UserWay product is presented optimally and that any issues or concerns are promptly addressed
• Business Development - Initiate and nurture relationships with new platforms, expanding the reach and impact of UserWay solutions
• End-User Communication - Engage with platform end-users to gather invaluable feedback, respond to reviews, and share and prioritize new product requirement ideas with the product development teams.

Background & Experience:

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in product management, preferably with platforms or SaaS products
• Proven track record of managing and launching software products̶
• Experience working with one or more of the listed platforms - (Shopify, Wix, WordPress, BigCommerce, Duda, Squarespace, Webflow, Moodle, Hubspot, Magento, Umbraco, Square, Weebly, CMS Max, etc.)
• Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
