Senior System Engineer Elint and EW business line

Elbit Systems EW and Sigint - Elisra in Holon is looking for an experienced and motivated system engineer to manage and lead the development of a multi-disciplinary, technologically advanced EW system

This position provides a unique opportunity to join and lead the system engineering, developing our next generation of EW systems in a complex and challenging domain for a foreign Customer

:What Will You Do

Lead and coordinate system engineering activities involving experts from multiple teams including R&D of hardware and software products

Plan, Manage and monitor system architecture activities, report progress to management

Lead process definition to manage requirements, specifications and ensure their implementation by development team, and their validation with the end customer

Oversee and manage subcontractors R&D activities to ensure timely execution and requirements are met



At least 5 years experience of proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional system development teams in a highly technological environment

Deep understanding of Radars or EW systems technology

Experience in digital processing of receivers

Understanding System design processes, including defining requirements, writing system specifications and documentation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Organized, details oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects & activities simultaneously while meeting targets

Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently, learn and move fast

Ability to motivate people (direct and matrix management)

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and in English
