Failure Analysis Engineer
We are looking for Failure Analysis Engineer to join our Engineering team in Tel Aviv
Your Team
The teams Is responsible for all the operation and supply chain activity including planning, purchasing, logistics, quality and engineering. The team mission is to deliver goods in time, quality and cost according to the fabric project’s objectives.
Job Overview
Conducting tests on robotic systems to determine usability and life cycle, performing preventative maintenance, and conducting emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical components.
What you’ll do:
● Identify failed elements through a hands-on analysis.
● Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issue.
● Provide feedback with sustainable solutions for corrective actions.
● Seek automation and improvement opportunities for equipment.
● Conduct routine checks on systems to avoid failures.
● Perform in depth planned and reactive maintenance on robots, stations and related equipment that require technical expertise and tools not present at Fabric’s sites
● Perform periodic maintenance on the robots, stations and related equipment running in Fabric’s System Integration Center, and Verification and Validation Center
● Support R&D activities by updating existing robots and stations with new prototype designs and assembling new robots and designs as part of the development process.
● Provide feedback regarding new and existing designs to R&D
Who you are:
● Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering,
● Drive yield and product improvements through applied failure analysis
● Identify root cause of top systematic yield issues to process module and solution.
● Strong solution-focused work ethic with a high degree of flexibility supporting multiple projects of varying complexity and priority.
● Familiarity with risk analysis (failure rates/times)
● Ability to meet strict deadlines.
● Technically inclined for hands on mechanical and electronic work
● Inclined to an ordered work process: Working according to procedures and modifying them, writing new procedures, keeping the workshop in order to a high standard.
