We are looking for a naturally inquisitive individual with a technical background in the SDLC, support and product analysis to join our fast growing company as a Product Quality Analyst. In this role, you will be part of Development and Deployment process improvement; and collaborate with support, production and development teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality, consistency, and efficiency.

As a Product Analyst at JFrog you will…

• Interact with a wide variety of teams, and work closely with Product Managers, Engineering leads, Support, and Production engineering to identify quality opportunities for the product, build product KPI’s and define main product metrics
• Conduct data analysis, impact analysis, cohort analysis, analyze user personas, and use forecasting to generate product recommendations
• Create, build, and implement automated reports and dashboards to deliver scalable insights
• Provide business recommendations through the effective presentation of findings to multiple levels of stakeholders, using visual displays of quantitative information
• Foster our data-centric, continuous learning culture with your passion for telling stories with data; build best practices around reporting quality.
• Development and Deployment Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Lead Analyst
• Proven experience leading data projects and initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Social Sciences
• High Proficiency of SQL
• Knowledge in Tableau or similar BI platforms
• Strong analytical skills and good understanding of data visualization
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Takes initiative, with the ability to think critically when leading projects
• Product background - mandatory
• Quality background - major advantage
• Data Engineering skills - advantage
