STARTICA LTD is looking for a Help Desk Specialist.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Help Desk Specialist. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, help desk support, and troubleshooting issues related to desktop computers. The Help Desk Specialist will also provide customer support and assist in resolving technical issues via remote assistance. The Help Desk Specialist will work in the office at the Tel Aviv district office, with flexibility to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Help Desk Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Customer Support skills
• Experience with desktop computers
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Industry standard certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are beneficial
