New Product Introduction Manager

Job Summary: NPI team establishment and management

Responsibilities: The NPI manager will:

*       Establish and lead the NPI team (2-4 Employees).

*       Lead the NPI process across the organization

*       Lead building and maintaining Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM,

jigs/tools/Fixtures design, DFX’s, production needs and troubleshooting

*       Be the operation technical focal point and collaborate cross functionally with R&D, engineering,

supply chain, quality

*       Manage and control Turn-Key/Suppliers engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle

and post release

*       Be responsible for conducting product ECO process including implementation and configuration

control

*       Define and maintain the organization’s PDM IT systems, interfaces to CAD software, purchasing and

logistics platforms

*        Lead Product Documentation activities, such as Field installation\service\maintenance\production

working instructions

Requirements:

*        At least 5 years of proven experience as NPI/Mfg. Engineering manager in an engineering &

manufacturing/NPI environment of multidisciplinary products (Electronics, Mechanic, SW, Testing,

Integration)

*        Mechanical or industrial Eng. Degree.

*        High level of written & spoken communication in English and Hebrew.

*        Accurate and detail-oriented reporting skills.

*        2-3 years of proven experience in products design, preferred multidisciplinary products.

*        Experience in leading projects or project management

*        Familiar with Mechanical design tools

*        Proven experience with Turn-key project management and suppliers

*        Self-motivated, self-maintained and able to take the initiative to solve problems.

*        Team player and excellent interpersonal skills

*        Systematic thinking, leadership, and management skills
