Position Description: 

We are looking for a hands-on QA Automation Lead, that will play a pivotal role in ensuring end-to-end quality and reliability of our Diabetes Care Decision Support System delivered through our web based SAAS platform. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will lead a talented QA team and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on our microservices-based web and mobile platforms. 

Responsibilities:  

·      Lead the SW QA processes end to end while working closely with the SW developer's teams. 

·      Take part in a SCRUM team working closely with SW developers, Product manager and Regulation. 

·      Design and develop software testing tools and automation for DreaMed’s solutions. 

·      Lead complete testing cycle in agile development: test strategy, test plan, execution & maintenance. 

·      Mentor and lead the QA team. 

·      The role includes hands-on QA automation. 

Qualifications:  

·      5+ years of hands-on experience in SW QA automation, working in complex client/server platforms. 

·      3+ years in mentoring and teaching other QA engineers. 

·      Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, automation methodologies, tools, and processes. 

·      Experience in creating test plans and writing QA documentation (STD, STP, STR) 

·      Methodic, organized, proactive, and with the ability to self-learn. 

·      B.S.c in Software Engineering / Computer Sciences / Medical Engineering or equivalent – advantage. 

·      Experience with Software Healthcare companies – advantage
