Information Technology Architect

A leading company is hiring a talented IT Architect!

location: North District, Israel

• Responsibilities for planning optimal computing solutions in technological and infrastructural aspects to meet project needs.
• Guiding the project from the IT side in architecture aspects – end-to-end from the bidding phase to the delivery phase.
• Building infrastructure and technological High-Level Design (HLD) in relation to infrastructure requirements, project management, and development.
• Identifying emerging technological trends and integrating them into the project roadmap.
• Evaluating new solutions and technologies, including leading and conducting Proof of Concept (POC) on them.
• Designing and developing a generic infrastructure as a backbone for integrating technological solutions.
• Collaborating closely with project managers, system engineers, development teams, and Hands-On teams.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in planning and developing infrastructure architecture for complex computing and communication systems.
• Familiarity with infrastructures and databases.
• Experience in writing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications.
• Broad vision and ability to identify and locate flaws in existing plans.
• Familiarity with operating systems – Linux, Windows.
• Familiarity with open-source tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with a variety of technologies and emerging technological trends, including in the realms of Open Source and DevOps.
• Experience in planning systems that include cloud technologies (on-premises, public clouds).
• Experience in planning systems that include Microservices technologies (k8s, EKS, OpenShift).
