We're looking for a highly motivated and talented bookkeeper & payroll manager to join our growing finance team.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior bookkeeper and payroll manager located in Ramat Gan .

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s bookkeeping

Payroll - 15 employees

Perform all activities related to the AP function, including reviewing and processing payments to local and foreign vendors

Track bank account balances and perform bank reconciliation

Financial reporting to social security and tax authorities

Managing accruals and prepaid expenses on a monthly basis

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in (hi-tech company an advantage)

Payroll management experience - must

Experience with tax compliance (including VAT, Nikuim, Odfot, etc)

High -level English

Strong skills in Excel

Accounting software Priority - an advantage

Team player with great interpersonal skills

Organized, efficient and detail-orientedGood understanding of Israeli statutory requirement
