Role Description:

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to join our technical teams in Haifa, Israel.

By joining WideOps, you will become part of a team tackling numerous architectures and customer deployments from various industry sectors. Due to the volume and diversity of the job’s responsibilities, we can guarantee that you will not be stuck doing the same tasks over and over again.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in Linux or Windows servers with excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with Apache/Nginx configuration, Microsoft Server technology, including SQL Server (installation & maintenance), IIS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Certificate Authority
• MySQL deployment and basic management
• Debugging – reading & understanding logs.
• Understanding of computer networks, base communication equipment, and TCP/IP
• Troubleshooting
• B2B support (for CTOs & Sys Admins)
• Scripting
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
