Senior Marketing Content Writer

About Pic-Time: 

Pic-Time is an industry-leading platform to deliver, share, and sell photos online that offers innovative creative and business tools for photographers. 

We are looking for a full time Senior Content Writer to join our marketing team to strategize, research, and create engaging content for our different marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong writing background, as well as experience in creating blog posts, email marketing, ads, social media, and landing pages. The position will report directly to our Content Team Lead.

What You Will Do:

• Ideate and write compelling marketing and storytelling content (blog posts, landing pages, website copy, email comms, ad copy)
• Conduct thorough research on relevant topics 
• Work closely with the in-house design studio to make our content come to life
• Become an expert on Pic-Time product features and collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to stay up to date 
• Self-manage projects independently and ensure large projects are completed on time.
• Work closely with product, support and labs teams to brainstorm and produce content that increases customer retention and drives conversion

Qualifications

• Submit a writing sample – Must 
• English native speaker (or at least equally good) 
• 4+ years experience as a content writer (hi-tech or art-related business a plus)
• Excellent writer with a love for creating great content no matter the brief
• Great research, organizational and project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle constructive feedback
• Accountable for your work
• A great team player with the ability to work independently
• Photography background - Big Advantage!
