Software Project Manager

Comblack is hiring a Software Project Manager for a governmental organizatio!

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive management of development, including professional control and oversight, synchronization, reporting, and managerial meetings.
• Definition and understanding of detailed requirements, specification, detailed analysis of complex business processes, and interfaces with various systems and databases.
• Full responsibility for the project lifecycle, encompassing needs analysis, understanding the current situation, workflow construction, specification writing, development, testing, training, implementation, and system maintenance.
• Leading development and analysis projects of object-oriented systems and microservices-oriented service systems for complex and large-scale process systems, with interfaces to external systems

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years' experience in product/project management for the development of information systems, including the management of key developers, system analysts, and a mandatory QA expertise – MUST.
• Experience in writing specifications is mandatory – MUST.
• Proficiency in using project management – MUST.
• Experience in team management/matrix management.
• Version control/code management using Git and bug tracking in TFS.
• Proven experience in Angular, current version.
• Proven experience in server-side code writing in .NET Core. Up-to-date knowledge.
• Knowledge and experience in developing Web Services using REST technology.
• Experience in development against ORACLE and SQL Server databases.
• In-depth familiarity with CI/CD distribution processes and the DevOps world.
• Experience working in waterfall and/or AGILE methodologies, as well as SCRUM teams.

Advantageous

• Project budget management experience.
• At least one year of experience in managing software development projects and large project teams.
• Experience in managing software development projects in a WEB environment.
• Experience in managing organization-wide projects, multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in managing projects involving a transition from old to new technology.
• Experience in managing projects in the governmental sector.
