The candidate will typically have:

• 2+ year of work experience in a top tier strategy consulting firm or equivalent.

• Degree (Bachelor's and/or Master's degree) from a top university.

• Psychometric score- higher than 700.

• Business-level fluency in both English & Hebrew.

• International experience acquired through internships or study abroad.

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
