System Administrator-Virtualization & Digital Workspace

Innocom is the exclusive distributer of Citrix in Israel, and we are looking for a System Administrator who has wide knowledge in Virtualization and Digital Workspace, to join our local Citrix team.

Responsibilities:

• Participates in proactive delivery, spots performance issues, analyzes problems in Citrix Virtual Desktop and Citrix Collaboration products
• Provide technical solution, support and assessment to meet customer/partner needs
• Understands customer/partner requirements for successful project delivery
• Bridge communications between Customer/Partner and Citrix support team

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure world (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft)
• Knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory,CA, Kerberos, DNS and IIS)  + GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Ability to optimize Group Policy Objects and User Profile
• PowerShell Scripting – an advantage
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience
• At least 2 years as System Administrator
• Security clearance - an advantage
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new products and updates
• Team Player and High level of customer service skills
• English – high level
