Innocom is the exclusive distributer of Citrix in Israel, and we are looking for a System Administrator who has wide knowledge in Virtualization and Digital Workspace, to join our local Citrix team.

Responsibilities:

Participates in proactive delivery, spots performance issues, analyzes problems in Citrix Virtual Desktop and Citrix Collaboration products
Provide technical solution, support and assessment to meet customer/partner needs
Understands customer/partner requirements for successful project delivery
Bridge communications between Customer/Partner and Citrix support team

Requirements:

Knowledge in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure world (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft)
Knowledge in Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory,CA, Kerberos, DNS and IIS) + GPO, DNS, DHCP.
Ability to optimize Group Policy Objects and User Profile
PowerShell Scripting – an advantage
At least 3 years of hands-on experience
At least 2 years as System Administrator
Security clearance - an advantage
Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new products and updates
Team Player and High level of customer service skills
English – high level
