Head of Sales

We are searching for a revenue-generating leader to head our vibrant sales team. Our ideal candidate achieves results no matter the circumstances, leads a talented team of Sales Managers, and is passionate about accessibility.

Responsibilities:

• Expand sales targets within a high-growth tech environment.
• Inspire, coach, and empower a dynamic sales team.
• Identify and cultivate through sharp strategic thinking lucrative partnership opportunities.
• Analyze key metrics and optimize sales funnels with a data-driven mindset.
• Understand the nuances of B2B collaboration with hands-on sales expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in driving sales funnel strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Have experience in leading and mentoring Sales Managers.
• Demonstrated experience in fueling sales success with data-driven insights and business acumen.
• Work from our offices in Netanya in evening shifts to align with US time zones.
• Native or professional English speaker.
