Process Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Process Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to developing biodegradable, eco-friendly materials. This role offers a unique opportunity to help scale up our manufacturing processes from lab scale to mass production, with a primary focus on our facility near Bet She’an.

Job Description:

As a Process Engineer, you will be essential to our daily operations, driving the technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing. Your responsibilities will include optimizing and supporting the transition of processes from research to production, analyzing and troubleshooting technical challenges, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and increase capacity. You will document process developments, conduct failure analyses, and work closely with subcontractors and R&D teams to address and resolve production issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field (Chemistry may also be considered).
• 2-3 years of experience as an engineer in production and manufacturing process development.
• Familiarity with polymer processing (compounding and extrusion) is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively with strong organizational skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Team-oriented with excellent collaborative skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
