As part of our exciting expansion, we are seeking a skilled and dynamic Aagronomist familiar and experienced with IPM to join our team as a Junior Operational Team Member.

As part of the Ooperations team, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with talented and dedicated colleagues, you’ll be exposed to cutting-edge R&D projects and products in the field of agriculture while developing and expanding your career by engaging in client visits, R&D efforts, and daily operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

·      Oversee daily hub operations, including inventory management and warehouse logistics.

·      Conduct regular visits to client locations to monitor product performance and plant well-being.

·      Provide logistical support to the R&D department.

·      Evaluate and make pest control decisions using an Integrated Pest Management approach.

·      Manage project establishment process, supervise team members, and improve team performance.

·      Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

·      Manage and optimize account management systems and tools.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Preferred in plant science and IPM).

·      At least 1 year experience in operations.

·      A to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks and projects under competing deadlines and maintain flexibility in response to constantly shifting priorities.

·      Self-motivated personality.

·      Basic technical understanding and problem-solving skills.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Attention to detail, time management and strong organizational skills.

This is a full-time position, divided between the company's office in Tel Aviv and customer facilities across Israel.
