Padagis-Israel a leading pharmaceutical company is hiring an application support specialist to join our IT application team at Yeruham site, Israel. 

Responsibilities:

As an application support specialist you will provide assistance related to the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer software and application programs in use of the laboratory, production, finance & HR business users in Israel and the US. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant IT professional certificate 
• Proficiency in English
• Experience working in a GMP environment – an advantage
• Experience with designing and implementing applications and computer systems
• Understanding of IT environment with ability to architect application solution design (Network, AD, SQL, Visual Cron, Oracle, Citrix & Virtual Servers)
• Develop and maintain relations with internal business users, third party support and vendors.
• Create and maintain detailed software and system architecture documentation and testing protocols.
• Provides support and monitor applications.
• Provides technical support to teams within the organization.
• Ability to learn and understand new business applications and business needs.
• Ability to diagnose and solve application issues.
