NPI and Configuration Engineer

A successful and leading company in the field of electronics is looking for an NPI and Configuration Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Manage products Lifecycle from early development stages through mass production, until End
• of life.
• Bill of Material Management and Configuration.
• Change Control Management.
• Manage engineering documents, drawings, models, and other technical data within the PLM system.
• Coordinate with R&D engineering, operations, and product management and develop and implement Manufacturing plans for products.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering.
• 2-3 years experience with product BOM (Bill of Material) and Change Control management and product Configuration.
• 2-3 years experience with Agile PLM.
• Industry processes knowledge: Purchasing, Supply chain, SMT, Mechanical assembly, packaging.
• Hardworking team player, with initiative skills; Independent and capable of leading tasks from start to end.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage pressing multi-tasks and meet deadlines, Fast learning, and attention to detail.
• Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.
• Travel to support production lines and vendors when needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
