Financial Controller

AIVF is a well-funded startup company aiming to transform In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF).

We are a team of experts with decades of clinical, technology and business experience focused on bringing advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize every phase of the fertility journey.

The company’s product (EMA™) is software platform that uses large, diverse clinical data sets and sophisticated algorithmic engines to assist automated and intelligent decision-making in IVF clinics.

We are looking for someone who will: 

• Manage all closing procedures, including reconciling accounts and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. (US GAAP)
• Manage and supervise the bookkeeper’s work, ensure accuracy, and meet deadlines.
• Monitor budgets and forecasts monthly and analyze variances.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, expenses, billing, and collection.
• Develop internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for accounting, cash and credit management and other activities.
• Lead the coordination of annual audits, tax returns and other reports to authorities.
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead ad hok assignments as necessary

Requirements:

·      4+ years of experience as financial controller -a Must

·      CPA from Big 4 -a Must

·      Experience working at a startup company or in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

·      Excellent English, interpersonal and communication skills

·      Team player

• Experience with Prioirty -advantage
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
