ReaLo seamlessly digitizes any retail space, delivering advanced e-commerce technological and visualization capabilities to brick-and-mortar stores. Combining cutting-edge technology with screens and sensors, our platform enables retailers to accompany consumers with relevant data-driven dialogue from the first moment of their in-store journey.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our CMS platform, and basic technical issues on Android and Windows.
• You will support our field team with technical implementation.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience (advantage).
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with strong oral (phone) and written (e-mail/chat) communication skills – MUST.
• Quick learner & Details oriented.
• Self-managed and team-oriented.
