Software Team Leader

We are in search of an experienced full stack team lead to embark on a journey with us, steering the team's course as both our product and team expand.

As the software team lead, you will play a pivotal role in the complete solution life cycle, from defining features to architecting solutions, planning development processes, selecting the technological stack, and overseeing the team through sprints, development, deployment, and production.

In this leadership role, you will adeptly manage the team's professional and personal aspects, guiding their individual and collective growth. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with algorithms teams to craft sophisticated AI and computer vision solutions, spanning both cloud and on-premises environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a hybrid team of 6 engineers located in Israel and abroad, establishing priorities, facilitating planning meetings, and monitoring performance and delivery.
• Transform internally developed algorithms and neural networks into comprehensive end-to-end products.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders beyond the team, including product managers, algorithms engineers, as well as technical contacts from our customers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership role as a software team leader.
• Proficient in applying software engineering best practices: including coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing, deploying, and monitoring large-scale SAAS and on-premises systems.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and Events Driven architectures.
• Experience with GCP services such as Cloud Run/Function, Cloud Build, and Workflows.
• Main backend technological stack: FastAPI, Postgress, MongoDB, BigQuery, Pandas
• Main front technological stack: React, Redux, PlotlyJS,
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for creative thinking.
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative team-player attitude.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science
• Having experience in video stream pipelines, neural network frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow), and Nvidia tools like Triton and TensorRT would be beneficial.
