Role Description

The SR Digital & IT Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams and with all Maytronics divisions to build and maintain programs that drive strategic priorities from ideation to implementation, primarily through strong program management principles and hands-on leadership.

As the SR Digital & IT Program Manager, you will report to the Head of Digital & IT Program Manager, and you will be part of the strategic Digital & IT programs initiatives.

You will manage the balance of the business and organizational needs versus technical constraints and resources and priorities to enable the company to achieve its strategic goals.

You will provide leadership and direction to cross-departments project team members ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee program management on multiple verticals managing schedules and delivery progress across the portfolio of inbound and outbound projects.
• Collaborate with high-level management to prioritize initiatives, see opportunities for improvement and drive their implementation, and continually scale current processes.
• Establish and maintain risk management processes, ensuring that project teams are equipped to address challenges proactively.
• Drive and develop the team towards forwarding progress, action, and results.
• Develop strong peer and stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication with leadership, cross-functional partners, and across the organization.
• Coordinate resources and interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
• Navigate partner teams impartially with competing needs, with good reasoning and creative solutions.
• Lead program initiatives - cross-team features & projects being executed by 3rd party teams.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience managing complex programs in IT and organization environments
• Experience leading global programs and projects, including hands-on project management of multiple concurrent projects
• Experience in process Design and Mapping: Ability to analyze, design, and document business processes, including identifying key activities, inputs, outputs, and stakeholders.
• Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
• Self-motivated and can work with limited direction or supervision
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage the team and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
• Bachelor’s degree Must, M.B.A. or other advanced technical degree preferred
• Fluent in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written
