Senior SW Engineer – Performance Modelling

=Design, develop, and maintain high-performance hardware simulators.
Collaborate with Architecture, VLSI, and Software Engineering teams to drive hardware-software co-design initiatives.
Influence chip architecture decisions by providing insights through simulation and system-level analysis.
Develop internal tools that support and accelerate the chip development lifecycle.
Optimize simulator performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers on simulation methodologies and software engineering best practices.
Ensure high software quality through robust design, testing, and continuous improvement.

BSc (or higher) in Computer Science, Math, Physics or Electrical Engineering.
•    5+ years of experience developing hardware simulators..
•    Strong understanding of computer architecture and system-level modeling.
•    Proven track record in technical leadership.
•    Experience in SW-HW co-development environments, influencing both architecture and tooling.
•    Proficiency in Python and C++.
•    Solid software engineering skills, including design, testing, performance tuning, and maintainability.
