Junior Instructional Designer - Temp

Invenco and its Israeli subsidiary Orpak, is hiring an instructional designer to design and develop customer training courses on its solutions & products.

The position requires a minimum of 1-2 years' of experience in a similar role, so if you are still a junior, you can definitely grow with us.

The position is temp - for 6 months

Main Responsibilities -

As part of the Customer Success group, you will be responsible for designing and creating classroom and computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards, develop instructor's manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools. You will collaborate with subject experts to develop courses content, covering Orpak’s entire products portfolio.

• Develop and design courses and curriculum (jointly with respective product subject matter experts) including all course materials(e.g., outline, agenda, lessons, PPTs and handouts, practical assignments, evaluations and more).
• Analyze training requirements per product line and match the required training courses formats (e.g., Classroom, on-line webinar, passive and interactive CBTs and blended learning tracks).
  
  

• 1-2 years’ working experience as an instructional designer and training developer – a must
• Experience as a technical trainer or a support field engineer – an advantage
• High Level of English – a must, additional languages – advantage
• Good familiarity with common e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia)
• Organized, attentive to details, creative and collaborative
• Independent, quick learner, self-motivated person
