UX Researcher

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Researcher to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional user experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide creative and innovative UX designs for complex web systems, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Conduct research to explore and communicate best practices, designs, and issues in the field of UX, presenting and justifying them to stakeholders.
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success, making data-driven decisions to enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes that align with customer needs and consider project constraints.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address UX challenges, with a focus on usability and findability.
• Collaborate with UI designers to implement attractive and cohesive designs that enhance the overall user experience.
• Work closely with a Design team to ensure consistency and excellence in design across projects.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing complex systems.
• Background in research, with a demonstrated ability to apply research findings to improve user experiences.
• Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture principles.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical mindset with a business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team of peers.
• Excellent written communication skills and presentation skills.
