Senior Counsel for Pariplay

We are looking for a Senior Counsel to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as an in-house legal partner for the Company handling all the Company’s legal needs.
• Work closely with Company CFO and management
• Lead or assist with the assessment of proposed transactions and the development of deal structures to minimize legal and business risks.
• Draft, negotiate, structure, implement, manage, and monitor a wide variety of commercial agreements, including but not limited to customer services agreements, master service agreements, and service level agreements.
• Review and negotiate international vendor contracts to make sure they are in line with our policies and do not include risks we are not willing to accept.
• Advise management and company stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations, provide interpretation of terms and conditions, and ensure contractual commitments comply with applicable laws while limiting risks relating to that for the company.
• Compliance with local and international laws and regulations for our line of business by implementing policies and processes.
• Watch and monitor legal and regulatory changes that are relevant to the business.
• Maintain GDPR and applicable privacy laws as relevant.
• Contribution to group level legal responsibilities
• Team member on NeoGames group legal team
  
  

• 8 years of commercial law experience as a Legal Counsel at a tech company
• A Juris Doctorate or LLB from an accredited law school and relevant bar certificate
• Advantage -Experience working in the gaming industry
• English - Native with experience creating high quality and articulate English documentation
• Experience with software licensing and other intellectual property agreements
• Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in commercial law and contracts, employment, data protection and privacy.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, Excellent communication skills, Self-starter
• Fast learner with experience improving processes and creating good relationships with multiple departments
• Capable of self-management and delivery on time and on quality
