Junior User Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a PPC specialist to manage large-scale budgets on paid SEM platforms, cultivate innovative ideas, and discover new opportunities to scale up.

As a User Acquisition Manager in the paid SEM team, you will play a key role in Atera’s success in reaching its targets and boosting its digital profile and reach. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, alongside outstanding creative and marketing experts.

Atera offers a fully automated and easy-to-use platform for IT professionals, designed to predict and solve IT issues before they become a problem. We are rapidly growing and are looking for a Junior User Acquisition Manager to join and contribute to this incredible journey.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and scale high-budget campaigns on paid SEM (Google, Bing, and more)
• Conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizations, ensuring efficient allocation of budget and resources.
• Initiate and manage A/B tests to refine targeting, bidding strategies, audiences, messaging, and creative elements.
• Cultivate innovative ideas and discover new opportunities to scale up based on industry trends and advertising platforms’ new features and possibilities.
• Manage cross-team and cross-department projects.
• Be an important part of Atera’s growth and help us reach our business goals.
  
  

Requirements:

Requirements

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing experience, PPC: managing at least $500k monthly budget in a SaaS company.
• Excellent analytical skills, experience in A/B testing, and making decisions based on big data analysis – Must.
• Advanced Excel skills – Must.
• Great organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• Independent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English.
• SQL knowledge – Advantage.
• Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent in a quantitative, data-driven field such as Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Science – Advantage.
• Psychometric score of +700 / an honor in the degree – Advantage.
