What you will do?

• Manage our Sales Support systems (CPQ platform): be the champion of the system, manage our price lists, train and support our international sales teams
• Gather, manage, and prioritize requirements resulting from ongoing evolvement in company’s offering
• Design and implement workflows and rules within the CPQ tool
• Interface with LiveU Product, Sales, Operations, Support, and MIS groups and as well as CPQ tool vendor (DealHub).
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure all initiatives are planned and executed to support the efficiency of the sales organization.
• Expand and monitor CRM deployment. Track business & pipeline behavior and trends.
• Support a strongly data driven company: lead our sales BI implementation and provide multi -dimensional sales analytics across the company.
• Continuously improve & measure all sales related systems (CPQ/CRM/BI) according to company strategies while training and providing support to our international sales teams
• Proactively identify required changes and lead infrastructure improvements
• Lead and oversee all sales related project deliveries, ensuring focus on results and outcomes
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Strong experience in implementation & development of business tools (CPQ/CRM/BI) in an international hi-tech environment
• Familiar with the details of sales processes, including HW, SW, & services
• Thorough with attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Significant experience in Project Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Hebrew and English)
• Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
• Multitasker with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Experience in working with multiple interfaces, preferably in a global company
• Adapting to and navigating complexity and ambiguity with ease.
