We’re looking for a passionate, eager to learn, team member to join our growing Corporate Applications unit in the Information Systems department. If you’re a team player who has technological understanding, financial experience and a lot of common sense, your place is with us!

As a Corporate Applications Implementor at JFrog, you will...

• Analyze and evaluate business processes
• Work with a variety of stakeholders to determine how technology can be used to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Implement new software applications or systems that help businesses meet their goals
• Create and maintain documentation of the system and business processes
• Plan and conduct training sessions to familiarize employees with new software programs or computer applications
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, including reviewing operational documents
• Translate business requirements and system flows into technical designs
• Implement customizations, custom objects, new enhancements, and system updates based on collaborations with end-users as well as business needs
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience working as financial systems analyst/ ERP implementer (Netsuite – Advantage).
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies & analysis skills
• Experience in Legal processes Contract lifecycle management solutions (CLM)
• Good understanding of end to end business processes
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and technical team members to support deadlines
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and writing skills (English and Hebrew)
• B.A/ BSc Industrial Engineering / Information Systems
