We’re looking for a Director of Product to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Take a major role in defining the product vision and strategy

- Leads the design, planning and all product aspects of a complex platform with millions of users

- Provides the overall product vision and strategy that differentiates our offerings in the market

- Develops and manages product requirement documents

- Manages team of developers from product perspective

- Owns the product roadmap

- Develops and tracks key performance metrics

Requirements

- 5 + years’ experience in product management for consumer internet/ App products, experience in the gaming industry - big advantage

- Experience in leading a product management organization within a start-up or B2C organization

- Proven experience leading products from idea to wide adoption

- Strong leadership and mentorship skills

- Excellent at execution

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Fanatical on customer success; considers the customer feedback loop critical

- Able to switch between strategic and tactical topics

- Strong user experience/design sense, with a record of building great products

- Highly data driven and proficient in analytics and performance metrics

- Experience with both web and mobile Apps

- Former technical background is preferred; must be tech savvy at a minimum

- Quick learner, and passionate about consumer facing products
