YOU ARE:
- Hands-On R&D Team Lead with 2+ years of experience in managing Backend Engineers
- Developed using C++ 11 and above for 2+ years
- Experienced with Crypto, Cybersecurity, Great code quality practices, and Linux (Cryptography/cryptologic/encryption/PKI)
- You care about making an impact
- You have great leadership skills, proven architecture/design skills, and knowledge of a wide range of technologies.
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
AS BACKEND TEAM LEAD YOU WILL:
- Lead, mentor, recruit and manage a team of talented Software Engineers
- Be responsible for the development process of infrastructure tools
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from inception through design, managing tasks and priorities, reviewing code, and managing the rollout of features to customers
