Role Overview: Reporting directly to the CEO, managing six products, actively participating in decision-making processes and workflows. Minimal to no hands-off responsibilities, with a greater focus on product roadmap construction, team management, training, and mentoring. While involvement in development exists, the primary focus revolves around team management, leading the product area across multiple teams. Reports directly to the CEO.

Located in Tel Aviv with proximity to public transportation, remote work options available. Company size: 100 employees.

Requirements-

• 5 years of product management experience with B2C products, that would preferably include sports or entertainment mobile products.

• Proven track record of successfully launching or scaling consumer-facing products, as a leader of a product team, preferably in a startup environment.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to push the personal growth of his own team, while motivating cross-functional teams.

• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Passion for sports and a deep
