The role:

We're actively seeking an accomplished and seasoned Senior Product Analyst to join our team.

In this role, you'll spearhead the development of discovery processes for new products, gauging

and enhancing their success metrics. As the go-to expert, you'll offer strategic counsel to

various departments, leveraging your extensive experience as a business analyst. The Senior

Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in deciphering product dynamics, staying abreast of

trends, and proposing recommendations for continuous improvement. If you possess a robust

background in business analysis and can seamlessly communicate across all organizational

levels, this role might be your next career move.

What you’ll be spending your time on:

• Conduct thorough analyses to address critical business inquiries. This involves tasks such

as data cleansing, validation, interpretation, and visualization to unearth patterns,

trends, and anomalies, ultimately providing valuable insights and recommendations.

• Design and execute experiments, including A/B testing. Oversee the monitoring and

analysis of outcomes, translating findings into actionable insights and

recommendations.

• Develop dashboards that cater to ongoing business questions.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, collaborating with

cross-functional teams to implement technological solutions (e.g., data analytics tools,

machine learning algorithms, or data visualization platforms).

• Participate in ad hoc projects, reporting, and analyses assigned by management, which

may include special investigations, data remediation efforts, or other initiatives.

Does this sound like you?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; advanced

degree preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business/product analyst in the financial services

industry.

• Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of working with large datasets (e.g.,

BigQuery).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective A/B testing experiments.

• Proficient in task prioritization.

• Proactive attitude.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate

effectively across all organizational levels.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience with web analytics is an advantage
