Supply Chain Manager

Oshi, a foodtech company specializing in developing salmon-like foods from vegetables, driven by the mission to save the ocean.

Responsibilities

Build, implement, and maintain the entire supply chain for the organization in Israel and the United States.

- Locate raw material suppliers, packaging materials, and auxiliary materials for laboratory and production.

- Lead contract negotiation, closure, procurement, and manage quality and food safety documents.

- Oversee inventory management, including raw materials, packaging, auxiliary materials, and final products.

- Manage the ERP system implementation throughout the value chain.

- Handle distribution chain responsibility from frozen storage to product delivery in both Israel and the USA.

- Open markets at the logistics level by locating sub-suppliers, examining suitability, establishing contact, and building the supply chain.

- Manage warehouse and manufacturing plant in the USA for supply chain needs up to customers.

• - Physical arrival to destination country may be required.

Requirement:

- Experience in logistics management, operation, and inventory management.

- Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

- Academic degree in industrial management, logistics, business administration or a similar field (advantageous).

- Proficient in written and spoken English.
