Role Description

GIL-AD SAGE AGENCIES LTD. is seeking a full-time Field Application Engineer based in Rishon LeZion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for deployed products and services, working closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product performance through product design, testing, validation, and documentation. As our Field Application Engineer, you will be an on-site representative of the company, ensuring that products and services meet and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Field Application Engineering role
• Demonstrated ability in understanding complex technical requirements and providing appropriate solutions
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders, from technical specialists to executive management
• Experience working in a customer-focused environment, demonstrating a high degree of customer-centricity
• Willingness to travel to customer sites across Israel as required
• Fluency in both English and Hebrew, both written and spoken
