For one of our clients, we are looking for a PS to work with Specialists.

Position Overview

As a Product Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization, focusing on an assigned territory and engaging with physicians in hospitals, the community, and other health-related organizations. You will be responsible for a designated product or portfolio, ensuring that you maintain the most current information and provide education to customers on the product(s) and their approved indications.

 Key Responsibilities include:

§ Achieve established goals for the territory, including sales, market share, and coverage.

§ Prioritize and ensure coverage of the right physicians at the right time.

§ Adapt plans to achieve objectives, modifying call plans and business activities accordingly.

§ Develop understanding of customer needs and internal challenges.

§ Create and maintain a positive impression with customers.

§ Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

§ Stay informed about competition, including safety and efficacy information.

§ Ensure clear, concise, and accurate communication of product information using proper medical terminology.

§ Conduct all activities in compliance with high standards of business ethics and applicable laws and regulations.

Professional profile

§ Science degree (B.Sc. minimum; M.Sc. – advantage).

§ Minimum 1-year Pharma experience in sales position with Specialists

§ Experience with Oncology – an advantage

§ Presentation skills and knowledge of local and international pharma Code of Practice.

§ IT competent with proficiency in email and Microsoft Office (excel competency).

§ Knowledge of Veeva – an advantage

§ Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and persuasiveness skills.

§ Autonomous, pro-active, and excellent organizational skills.
