A dynamic well-established company, located in Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem, engaged in the development and manufacturing of unique and innovative inertial and navigation systems solutions for a wide range of markets in air, land, and sea arenas, is looking for a Marketing Communication and Business Intelligence Leader.

About the Job

We are looking for a motivated MARCOM & BI Leader, to join our dynamic extended business activities, which are growing rapidly.

This role is to provide marketing activities to meet customer needs, as well as to achieve sustainable business growth results through market intelligence, creativity, and strategic vision.

Responsibilities

As a MARCOM and BI manager, you will be responsible to initiate, coordinate, and execute marketing strategies that will be contributed to the market share growth. You will need to increase brand awareness, and brand familiarity while following the competitors’ business in order to increase market share, in a competitive environment.

Among your responsibilities

• Competitor/Industry analysis: in-depth research and analysis of Inertial & Navigation landscape and products, emerging inertial technology and trends, capabilities, features, and strengths & weaknesses
• Sales enablement: work with marketing and sales teams to create the appropriate tools to enable customer-facing teams to drive sales and customer support
• Product differentiation: identify unique selling points and differentiators for the company’s products compared to its competitors, and present this information in a clear and value-driven manner
• Creating and writing: various marketing and sales enablement collaterals (brochures, Ads, whitepapers, case studies, user and technical guides, presentations, campaigns), technical sheets, and media correspondence, to support the company’s growth, while working closely with R&D and technical experts to understand the intricacies of the company’s products
• Implementing online marketing activities including PR, the company's website, social media (posts, chats, newsletters, presentations…), demand generation, lead generation, etc.
• Organizing and execution: the company's participation in international exhibitions and conferences (contacting, registering, and other logistical aspects)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience as MARCOM /BI manager in tech company)
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MARCOM, technical writing, or a similar role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong understanding and capabilities of MS Office applications and Graphic design tools
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Advantage: proficiency in photo/video editing software as Photoshop
