Software Team Lead

In this role, overseeing a team of 6 developers, 4 locally and 2 internationally, mainly focusing on 80% on-premises development of SERVER with Java, transitioning to 20% on-premises over time. Responsible for infrastructure development, reporting to the director.

Tech Stack: Java, Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Cassandra, Vertica, MySQL, HDFS, BigQuery, Docker, Linux.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in managing a full stack team and leading projects hands-on

• Business oriented and data driven

• Deep understanding of strong Computer Science fundamentals

• 3 years programming experience in backend (Java or equivalent Object-Oriented language) or frontend (JavaScript) and good full stack knowledge in both technologies.

• Proven experience and knowledge of Big Data tools, SQL and data analysis

• Experience in designing and developing large scale systems

• BSc in computer science or equivalent

• Fluent English skills
