Product PMO

Description

This position provides a unique opportunity to join our product team in developing our next generation of products at Priority Software.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the product release cycle schedules, coordinate teams, and oversee deliverables.
• You will work with multiple interfaces and ensure we keep tasks on track for the completion of the version.
• You will manage a team of technical writers.
• You will create a clear view of all product progress for the company’s chief of product and management.
• You will coordinate and conduct product webinars and outbound materials.
• You will Develop, improve, and implement new tools, policies, and processes
• You will be responsible for analyzing and curving insights regarding product usage and adoption
  
  

• 2-3 years of experience as an implementor or key user at priority software
• 2-3 years of experience as a PMO or Project manager in a software company.
• Experience managing and monitoring work processes with Priority, Jira, and TFS.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks & activities. simultaneously while meeting targets
• Can-do approach with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently, learn, and move fast.
• Excellent writing and verbal skills with strong proficiency in English and Hebrew
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or other relevant
