How you’ll spend your day:

The Global Supply Strategy & Transformation head is overall accountable for Supply Chain processes designing deployment and effective operation, execution and coordination of the Supply Chain Function in TGO. Monitoring and continuously improving our supply chain planning capabilities through our people, processes and systems.

Responsible of leading the Global Supply Chain strategy and transformation program to ensure we are in continuous improvement to be the best in class Supply Chain organization.

This position is a member of the Global Supply Chan Leadership team and will work closely with its peers in Global Supply Chain and other functions to ensure consistency and improvement in the planning practices and alignment with the Global SC goals and targets.

GSC focal point

• Represent GSC in different forums, in operations and in different S&Ops and other processes
• Represent the unit in the Regional S&OP forums
• Strategy deployment and PMO support to the Head of Global Supply Chain

Methodology and Transformation

• Lead the design and implementation of new digital tools and processes.
• Deployment of standard supply Chain processes in ERP and satellite systems
• Manage the SCCP (Supply Chain Center of Practice).
• responsible for all the SC global policies in Teva
• Bring to the GSC community all the new trends, processes and digital tools.

Allocations

• Responsible for the global Allocations process to bring the best allocation possible that interests Teva
• Support Global Procurement on the Risk mitigation process
• Owner of the Risk Assessment process.

GMDM

• Manage and guide the organization in the Master Data Management practices and decisions.

People and development

• Professional Coaching and capability building to the sites SC heads.
• Build and maintain communities of practice across the sites for knowledge and best practices sharing

Your experience and qualifications:

• Honors/ master's degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• +15 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain Management & Operations
• Minimum prerequisite of at least SLT role or a comparable role in MFG\SC in the pharma industry
• Track record of delivering strong business results in operations and supply chain.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing global functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Lead complex large projects.
• Worked in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience and expertise in the various aspects of supply planning including RCCP, Scheduling, MRP, and inventory optimization in major ERP system (preferably SAP)
• Adequate financial acumen
• Advanced leadership capability and interpersonal/Relationship Management skills, with an ability to mentor, guide and develop Site Supply Chain staff.
• Building Customer Focus - Demonstration of excellent focus on customer service and delivery of business results
• Applying a Strategic Approach - Advanced ability for strategic thinking in a complex business environment.
