How you’ll spend your day

The Supply Chain lead of Performance & Global Planning operations is overall accountable for ensuring planning processes and routines at the sites to secure customer service and to prevent stock outs. Responsible for all of SC KPIs , making sure there are actions in place in order to support the path to best in class. Responsible to drive the SC health and performance in term of service level, inventory optimization, write-offs elimination and improved total cost of ownership.

This position is a member of the Global Supply Chain Leadership team and will work closely with its peers in Global Supply Chain and other functions to ensure consistency and improvement in the planning practices and alignment with the Global SC goals and targets.

Service level improvement

• Ensuring planning processes and routines to secure customer service and to prevent stock outs.
• Managing supply risks and escalations to mitigate and contain supply issues
• Focal point for escalation through the S&OP process.

Financial partner

• Manage the SC part of the AOP, LBE, LRP.
• Support financial processes as costing and LBE financial planning

Inventory management

• Design and deploy Inventory management policy
• Work with the global lead to build and align on the sites inventory targets
• Work with the SC heads to build the inventory optimization plan.
• Help driving inventory optimization program and projects at the site level.

Write offs avoidance

• Ensure routines checks of inventory at risks are taking place and write off avoidance action plan.
• Represent the operational unit in the write-off governance forums.

Forecasting

• Responsible for the central forecasting activities in SC
• Bring the right processes and tools (including new AI and ML) to get the best forecast accuracy possible
• Manage all the demand related processes and be the bridge between commercial and global functions

Site support

• Responsible for the team that gives support in analytics and processes as business partners of the sites
• Support in different meetings and requests to the technology pillars leads in inventory

SC performance management

• lead regular forums (virtual/VC and periodically face to face) with all site SC leads in their operations group focusing on SC business results
• Responsible for all the SC KPIs reporting

Your experience and qualifications:

• Honors/ master's degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering
• SC certification is preferred
• +15 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain Management & Operations
• Minimum prerequisite of at least SLT role or a comparable role in MFG\SC in the pharma industry
• Track record of delivering strong business results in operations and supply chain.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing global functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Lead complex large projects.
• Worked in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience and expertise in the various aspects of supply planning including RCCP, Scheduling, MRP, and inventory optimization in major ERP system (preferably SAP)
