ReasonLabs is looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to join our Finance department for a full-time position. If you are highly responsible, organized, detail-oriented, can work independently, pro-active, if you wish to influence all aspects of the business this is a great opportunity to join a fast-growing high-tech company.

What will you be doing?

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Execute period-end-close process
• Monitor Journal entries posting & cutoff postings
• Manage payments and collection
• Manage statutory submissions (Taxes, VAT)
• Manage expenses, travel reimbursements and all expense reports
• Record credit card transactions, invoices, payments and monthly reconciliation
• Assist with month-end closing and other projects as needed

What you need?

• Certified bookkeeper (level 2/3)
• 2 years of experience of bookkeeping (preferably in a high-tech company)
• Experience with ERP system (Netsuite preferred) - (+)
• Knowledge in Excel- Strong technical skills especially with financial systems and spreadsheets + excel
• Accurate with great attention to details
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Service oriented
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
