We are seeking a senior leader, who will manage and guide a large globally matrixed team in creating an amazing experience for our customers on their journey to AI, digital services, and Cloud.

What will your job look like?

• Set business objectives and targets to ensure success. You will answer the call to integrate various functions and business plans.
• Foster a data-driven culture and promote data literacy and education across the organization on a global level
• Gain a full grasp of the business challenges in the related domain including market trends, future technologies, competition, and partners as well as compelling events that may affect the customer's current and future business growth.
• Inclusive leadership including matrix reporting. Accepting the challenge to attract, develop, and retain talent and encourage collaboration between teams. Discover and develop an innovative mentality to achieve goals and support qualified risk-taking.
• Build open lines of communication and develop processes and programs, that will encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals. Drive organizational integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements by enabling and promoting standard tools and practices used in the organization as well as drive out-of-the-box solutions that include introducing improvements to further build positive efficiency across operations.
  
  

• At least 15 years of overall experience in IT, including project implementation and operations/distributed team management.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• Validated P&L and financial/business operations management
• Demonstrable experience in leading and managing data and analytics teams and projects,
• Ability to translate data and analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
• Leading a large organization and team of 500+ people.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams and customers on a global level.
