Responsible for shaping IT division’s technological strategy, and examining the short and long-term needs and solutions, to support the organization’s growth targets and overall goals.

What will your job look like?

• Report directly to a company's chief information officer (CIO), and serve as a cross function between units’ CTO professional teams and IT executives
• Develop Amdocs IT’s technology strategy and vision, while considering business trends, focus areas and top priorities.
• Responsible for designing and recommending the appropriate technology solutions to support the IT organization needs.
• Ensure our technology solutions are scalable, user friendly and integrative
• Blend knowledge of existing and emerging technology to provide our business, and other executives, with the best solutions possible for the future
• Take the lead in developing and implementing technology strategies that will drive innovation and growth
  
  

• 10+ years of managerial experience in IT.
• 2+ years of experience as a CTO or similar position.
• Experience in leading and scaling complex IT’s technical products and initiatives in a global company with a complex technology infrastructure.
• Strong technical background, with experience in software architecture and development and implementing technologies and methodologies
• Strategic thinking and a track record of driving results.
• Leadership skills that inspire and motivate, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
