We are looking for a motivated product designer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in revolutionizing how business teams and end-users interact with the Frontegg management platform.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team, iterating rapidly based on insights and feedback. Your primary responsibility will be to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities

• You’ll deliver design projects of large and ambiguous scope
• You’ll design new experiences and layouts that will enhance the visual language, inspiring and influencing the future of design within the company.
• You’ll communicate your design thinking and ideas through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• You’ll collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop a clear plan, strategy, and vision for addressing user problems and achieving key company objectives.
• You’ll play a key role in communicating essential decisions about the future direction of Frontegg products.
• You’ll proactively seek and provide feedback from colleagues to improve our quality standards consistently.
• You’ll identify problems you can help solve and deliver on them.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in UX / product design, with developing B2B SaaS products.
• 5+ years of experience creating user flow and mockups to articulate design concepts
• 5+ years of experience developing end-to-end designs across multiple projects, including interaction and visual design artifacts, multiple iterations, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Experience demonstrating your end-to-end design process across multiple projects that include interaction and visual design artifacts, various iterations, high-fidelity prototypes, and consideration of the impact and scale of work
• Partnering with cross-functional partners to drive product strategy with a user-centric approach leveraging design thinking methodologies and best practices
• Strong Figma proficiency
