The Role: As our CTO, you’ll be the technological backbone of our company, steering the strategic direction of our product development. You’ll lead a dynamic team, solve complex problems, and bring our tech vision to life.

we have raised 150K USD until now from the Israeli innovation authority , family , and friends.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of our technology strategy.

Manage and grow a team of developers and engineers.

Ensure our technology stack is robust, scalable, and secure.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

Drive continuous innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

Proven leadership skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Strong familiarity with Linux, Python, back-end web development, and AWS.

Knowledge of Flask and Raspberry Pi is a significant advantage.

Experience in audiology and electrical engineering is highly desirable.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
