Role Summary:

The Global Content Manager at Fuse Network is a dynamic and pivotal role responsible for strategizing, developing, and managing content across various platforms. This role requires a tech-savvy individual with a strong background in Web3 technologies and an adeptness in managing decentralized communities. This role mandates excellent communication skills, familiarity with the industry jargon and with the trends and interesting communities, chats, groups, and media. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Fuse Network's vision and goals. This includes creating roadmaps for content delivery across multiple platforms.

- Multilingual Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging content in English, Spanish, and French. This includes writing, editing, and curating content relevant to the Web3 space.

- Social Media Management: Lead and optimize the company's presence on Web3 social media platforms. Engage with the community, monitor trends, and leverage insights to enhance audience engagement.

- Community Engagement: Actively manage and grow the Web3 community. Host, lead, and participate in online forums, Hackathons, campaigns, AMAs, and discussions to build a robust and interactive community.

- Collaboration and Team Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging. Oversee a team of content creators and provide guidance and feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English - must, Spanish, and French - desired. Any other language - advantageous. 

- Web3 Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized technologies (does not have to possess an official technical training or education).

- Content Creation: Proven experience in creating compelling and informative content in the Web3 domain.

- Social Media Expertise: Strong experience in managing social media platforms with a focus on Web3 audiences.

- Community Management: Experience in building and maintaining active Web3 communities.

- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a team, manage projects, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO best practices and ability to integrate them into content strategy.

- Analytics: Proficiency in using analytics tools to gauge content performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and present complex information in an easily understandable manner.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in content management, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry.
